Open house for neighbors - Proposed renovation and expansion of Trident Center (Manatt Building) A renovation and expansion is proposed for the Trident Center (Manatt Building) at 11355 W. Olympic Blvd. An open house will be held for neighbors and the community on Tue. Oct. 17 at night at the Olympic Collection. The project is located on the north side of Olympic Blvd. between Purdue and Corinth Ave. The architects and project team will share visuals and answer questions, which includes new street-level shops, office space, restaurants and open space.
